I have a poster, do I need to submit the poster or a paper?
No, you will have to post your poster during the poster session. You will have to bring your poster with you. There is thus no deadline for poster submission. Abstracts will not be published. However, in case you have a paper version of your research, we would be very interested in reading it.
Do I present my poster?
Your poster will be displayed. It is recommended that you represent your poster during the poster session so that you may answer questions to the audience.
What is the size of the poster boards?
The size of the poster board which will be available to each participant is 85 cm wide and 1.2 m high. We will provide materials for attachment of your poster(s).
Where will the poster session take place?
The poster session will take place at the ground floor during the lunch break in the same area where the lunch will be served. This means that everyone will be involved, including all the 'senior' and established scholars.
May I get a reduction fee or any grants for accommodation?
No, unfortunately the organizing committee has no possibilities to cover any charges.
